A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

It’s very important that everyone reads Get Saved Hair Salon Policies whether you are an existing client or not. When you make your appointment with us online, we will assume that you have read the salon policies below– please be advised that you will be held responsible for the information provided.

** If this will be your first time visiting us, we are just as excited to meet you. We advise everyone to READ the description of their services so that there are NO SURPRISES during your experience. We try our best to make sure that we provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your experience is a pleasant one. Please help us by READING and adhering to the salon policies, cancellation policy, consultation requirements, and COVID-19 information. Thank you so much in advance for your cooperation. DEPOSITS:
All Deposits are non-refundable. All appointments are to be booked online with a 40% deposit. Future Appointments can be booked in the salon at the end of your current appointment with a 40% deposit.

Note: There will be no need to confirm or to wait for us to “accept” your appointment as your Deposit is your appointment Confirmation.

Note: Regardless if you have tested positive and can no longer make it to your appointment , the deposit policy still stands. It will NOT be refunded.

REFUNDS:
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 1-2 days if my schedule allots. 

Note: The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). The longevity of any hairstyle can not be guaranteed.  

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at GET SAVED Hair Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed and we will do our best to adjust any dissatisfaction.

COVID-19″
Mask are Highly encouraged during your visit. This is for the protection of both stylist and client.
If you are felling sick, PLEASE stay at home.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
Get Saved Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior. If the vibe isn’t right 

48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY/RESCHEDULING:
If you have to cancel your appointment please do so before 48 hours. If you have to reschedule, you have 48 hours before the original appointment to notify me. You are only allowed 1 reschedule within 30 days from the time you booked. Your deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment.

NOTE: Excessive canceling and rescheduling will constitute to full amount paid up front or no further bookings.

LATE CANCELLATION:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged a fee of $75 in addition to the deposit paid when booking your appointment. If less than 24 hours $100 will be charged in addition to deposit paid when booking. If cancellation happens day of Appointment, the Full service cost will be charged.  Please keep in mind that I am running a business and my time is very valuable. My policies are STRICK! 

NO CALL/NO SHOW:
All NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked and will no longer be allowed to book in the future. 

LATE:
If you are running behind to your appointment, simply text your name, appointment time and Estimated Time of Arrival to 823.674.1393. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment  there will be a fee of $20. If you arrive at 20 min late, there will be a fee of $35. Any thing after 21 minutes will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file.

BOOKING:
At the time of booking, please be sure to select all services that you need done. Booking a service and then writing in the notes that you would like to add another service i.e. add color/ style etc. does not book that additional service. Each service requires an allotted amount of time and if you do not book all desired services the appropriate amount of time will not  be blocked off for you and there is no guarantee the additional desired service will be rendered.

ADDITIONAL GUEST:
Are not allowed unless being serviced. Space is limited to paying clients only. There is a waiting area at the front of the salon where they can be seated.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Get Saved Hair Studio accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express Zelle and Cash.  CASH APPS will no longer be accepted. (January 1, 2022)
